Essentials of Entrepreneurship
5 two-week sessions from May 31, 2020 through August 8, 2020
Essentials of Entrepreneurship is an intensive two-week summer program for a select group of high school students who are currently in grades 9-12. This two-week experience challenges students to engage with international peers, use innovative thinking, and learn the basics of what it takes to be an entrepreneur.

Essentials of Finance
5 two-week sessions from May 31, 2020 through August 8, 2020
Essentials of Finance is an intensive two-week summer program for a select group of high school students who are currently in grades 9-12. This two-week experience explores all aspects of finance – from the time value of money and corporate finance to ethics and decision-making.

Leadership in the Business World (LBW)
2 four-week sessions from May 31, 2020 through July 25, 2020
This four-week summer program is for rising high school seniors and features classes, trips, and activities designed to give students opportunities to learn about leadership in 21st century business organizations.

Management & Technology Summer Institute
1 three-week session from July 5, 2020 through July 25, 2020
The Management & Technology Summer Institute (M&TSI) is a rigorous and rewarding credit program for rising high school seniors and a select number of rising high school juniors interested in exploring the integration of technological concepts and management principles. Run by the Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology in partnership with Penn Engineering and the Wharton School, M&TSI features classes taught by leading Penn faculty and successful entrepreneurs, field trips to companies and R&D facilities, an intensive team prototyping project, and other activities designed to give students the opportunity to learn about the principles and practice of technological innovation.
Moneyball Academy
1 three-week session from July 5, 2020 through July 25, 2020
A program of the Wharton Sports Business Initiative (WSBI), the Moneyball Academy is a summer program that provides an opportunity for talented rising high school juniors and seniors to study sports analytics at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. This program focuses on using data to make deep discoveries in sports with a focus on becoming a data-driven decision maker. Instruction will focus on fundamentals of statistical thinking, real applications employed by statistics professionals in sports analytics and an introduction to statistical programming languages. In addition to learning statistical reasoning and key data analysis skills, students will be primed to be leaders in an increasingly data-driven economy. Topics include introductory statistics (including graphical and numerical summaries of data), basic probability theory, statistical reasoning and regression analysis by examining sports stats.
Moneyball Academy: Training Camp
2 one-week sessions from June 21, 2020 through July 25, 2020
A program of the Wharton Sports Business Initiative (WSBI), the Wharton Moneyball Academy: Training Camp is a summer program that provides an opportunity for talented rising high school sophomores, juniors and seniors to study sports statistics at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. The summer experience serves as an entrée into the sports statistics world as it is not heavily focused on computing but rather the fundamental principles of sports statistics. This program is a thorough investigation of and an introduction to statistics and computing in the context of sports. Students applying to this program should have strong math skills and an interest in sports.
Sports Business Academy
1 three-week session from June 28, 2020 through July 18, 2020
A program of the Wharton Sports Business Initiative (WSBI), the Sports Business Academy is a summer program that provides an opportunity for talented rising high school juniors and seniors to study sports business leadership at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. This program will examine how various academic disciplines, such as management, law, negotiation, marketing, and leadership, apply to the sports industry with an overview of the business and legal aspects of various intercollegiate, Olympic, and professional sports enterprises.
Data Science Academy
1 three-week session from July 19, 2020 through August 8, 2020
The Data Science Academy will bring state-of-the-art machine learning and data science tools to high school students. The program aims to stimulate students’ interest in the fast-moving field of machine learning through a rigorous, yet accessible approach.
Leadership, Education, and Development (LEAD) Program
1 three-week session from July 7, 2020 through July 27, 2020
LEAD is a three-week program introducing minority high school students to key areas of business. Established at Wharton, and reflecting a commitment to developing business leaders through business education, the LEAD program has become a nationwide initiative with programs at 10 other universities.
