SAT includes reading, writing, and math while ACT covers reading, writing, math, and science.
The majority of colleges and universities accept either the SAT or the ACT. However, your testing strengths may be better suited for the style and format of one test over the other. Finding out which test will get you a higher score makes a lot of sense. To shed some light on each test, Kaplan created the SAT/ACT Combo Test to give you the chance to "meet" both the SAT and ACT in about 3.3 hours.

Through class discussion, close reading activities and writing exercises, students identify and practice the elements of powerful writing: ✓ precise diction and vivid detail; ✓ deft control of tone; ✓ careful use of voice and point of view; and ✓ attention to the rhythms of the English language.
